Pre-approval and lead forms: When you submit a pre-approval or lead capture form, we collect your name, email address, and any additional information you provide (such as loan range, credit score tier, or vehicle type). This information may be shared with our network of third-party lending partners for the purpose of matching you with financing options. See "How We Share Your Information" below.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, browser type, and referral source. This data is used to understand how visitors use the site and does not identify you personally. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out tool.

Service providers: We use Formspree to process form submissions and Google Analytics for site analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

By submitting any form on this site, you consent to receive communications from us via email at the address you provide. By submitting a pre-approval form, you additionally consent to be contacted by Is My Car Deal Good? and its lending partners via phone, email, or text message (including automated or pre-recorded messages) at the contact information you provide, even if your number appears on a state or federal do-not-call registry. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Pre-approval submissions may be retained for up to 24 months or as required by lending partners. Calculator inputs are never retained.
